"KD" series of electric actuators are used to control 0° ~ 270° rotation of electric valves and other similar products, such as electric butterfly valve, electric ball valve, damper valve, plug valve, shutter valve and so on. Widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, water treatment, shipbuilding, papermaking, power station, heating, building automation, light industry and other industries. It uses AC380V/220V/110V AC power supply as the driving power supply and 4-20mA current signal or 0-10V DC voltage signal as the control signal, which can make the electric valve move to the required position and realize its automatic control. The maximum output torque is up to 5000N·m.

2.1 shell

The shell is made of hard aluminum alloy, anodized and coated with polyester powder, with strong corrosion resistance, protection class is IP67, NEMA4 and 6, and IP68 is available.

2.2 motor

Fully enclosed squirrel cage motor, with small volume, large torque, small inertia force and other characteristics. Insulation class H, built-in overheat protection switch, can prevent overheating damage to the motor.

2.3 Manual Structure

The design of handle ensures safety, reliability, labor saving and small volume. When no power is on, the handle can be manually operated. Place the spanner in the spanner clamp when manual operation is not required for easy use.

2.4 indicator

Indicator mounted on center shaft allows valve position to be observed. Convex lens design, no water, observation is more convenient.

2.5 dryer

It is used to control the temperature, prevent the condensation of water inside the actuator due to temperature and weather changes, and keep the internal electrical components dry.

2.6 the seal

Good sealing, standard product protection grade is IP67, and optional IP68 protection grade.

2.7 Limit switch

Mechanical and electronic double limit. Mechanical limit screw adjustable, safe and reliable; Electronic limit switch is controlled by CAM mechanism, simple adjustment mechanism can be accurate and convenient to set the position, and is not affected by excessive handwheel.

2.8 since the lock

Precise worm gear and worm mechanism can efficiently transfer large torque, high efficiency, low noise (maximum 50 dB), long life; With self-locking function to prevent inversion, the transmission part is stable and reliable, no need to refuel.

When removing the shell, the bolt is attached to the shell and will not fall off.

2.10 installation

The bottom mounting dimension conforms to ISO5211/ DIN3337 international standard, the hole is made into double square for linear or 45° Angle installation of the square rod valve, which is highly adaptive. It can be installed vertically or horizontally.

The control circuit conforms to the standard of single-phase or three-phase power supply, the circuit layout is compact and reasonable, and the terminals can effectively meet the requirements of various additional functions.
