01. Casting

We are very serious about internal quality control. The surface quality of the casting meets the requirements of MSS SP 55, and the inspection rate is 100%. Put an end to the surface sticky sand, oxide scale, cracks, hot cracks, etc. Complete physical and chemical performance testing equipment is a powerful technical guarantee for the quality of our company's castings.

02. Processing and assembly

The production workshop complies with the 5S standard, and all standard products are processed in a modular manner. High-precision machining center improves efficiency while ensuring accuracy. We conduct initial inspections, patrol inspections, and final inspections on the machined products of the factory, mark them and issue inspection reports.

03. Surface treatment

The appearance and paint of all ex-factory products must be checked one by one. According to the ISO14001 environmental quality management system standard, check whether the type and color of the paint are correct, and measure whether the dry film thickness of the paint is qualified. (The standard water-based paint, the minimum paint is 70 microns, and the special paint meets the requirements of the European Union GSK standard).

04. Packaging and transportation

The company has formulated packaging technical standards and storage, transportation, and delivery procedures to ensure that the products do not cause quality problems in the above process, and are delivered to the user's delivery location with good quality and quantity. The weight is more than 10KG, packed in a multi-layer plywood wooden box, with built-in shock-absorbing foam. All domestic freight uses Debon or long-distance logistics, and all overdue goods are transported by dedicated lines.

05. Service

After the product is sent out, the service department, production technicians and sales staff collect product usage information. For questions raised by users, the company will send special personnel to the site to negotiate with users within 24 hours, and feedback the opinions and suggestions put forward by users to relevant leaders, and make corresponding rectifications to ensure user satisfaction and improve their own service levels. The service department regularly organizes return visits to investigate users' satisfaction with the company's products and services.
