I. Product Overview

"KF" series of electric actuators are used to control up and down stroke of electric valves and other similar products, such as electric gate valve, electric globe valve, etc., widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, water treatment, shipbuilding, paper making, power station, heating, building automation, light industry and other industries. AC380V/220V/110V AC power supply as the driving power supply, 4-20mA current signal or 0-10V DC voltage signal as the control signal, so that the valve movement to the required position, to achieve its automatic control.

Two, performance characteristics

2.1 shell

The shell is made of hard aluminum alloy, anodized and coated with polyester powder, with strong corrosion resistance. The protection grade is IP67, NEMA4 and 6, and IP68 and explosion-proof type are available.

2.2 motor

Fully enclosed squirrel cage motor, with small volume, large torque, small inertia force and other characteristics. Motor insulation class H and built-in overheat protection switch, can prevent overheating damage to the motor.

2.3 Manual Structure

The design of handwheel ensures safety, reliability, labor saving and small volume. When the power is off, the clutch handle can be manually operated. When energized, the clutch automatically resets. (Note: In the case of no power supply, the electric actuator will remain in permanent manual state)

2.4 indicator

Indicator mounted on center shaft allows valve position to be observed. The mirror adopts convex lens design, no water, observation is more convenient.

2.5 dryer

It is used to control the temperature, prevent the condensation of water inside the actuator due to temperature and weather changes, and keep the internal electrical components dry.

2.6 Limit switch

Mechanical and electronic double limit. Mechanical limit screw adjustable, safe and reliable; Electronic limit switch is controlled by CAM mechanism, simple adjustment mechanism can accurately and conveniently set the position.

2.7 Torque switch

Can provide overload protection, in the valve jam, foreign matter, automatic disconnect motor power, more effective protection valve and electric actuator from damage. (It has been set before delivery, please do not change the Settings at will)

2.8 since the lock

Precision worm gear and worm mechanism can efficiently transmit large torque, high efficiency, low noise (maximum 50 dB), long life, and self-locking function, prevent inversion, transmission part stable and reliable, no need to refuel.

2.9 Anti-tripping bolts

When removing the shell, the bolt is attached to the shell and will not fall off. External screws are made of 304 stainless steel.

2.10 installation

The bottom mounting size conforms to ISO5211 international standard, the driving sleeve can be removed and processed according to the need, with strong adaptability. It can be installed vertically or horizontally.

2.11 the line

The control circuit conforms to the standard of single-phase or three-phase power supply, the circuit layout is compact and reasonable, and the terminals can effectively meet the requirements of various additional functions. (can be processed according to customer requirements)
