Pneumatic actuator actuator and regulating mechanism is a unified whole, the actuator has piston type, film type, fork type and rack and pinion. Piston stroke is long, suitable for occasions requiring large thrust; Thin film stroke is small, can only directly drive the stem. Fork pneumatic actuator has the characteristics of large torque, small space, torque curve more in line with the valve torque curve; Commonly used on valves with high torque. Rack and pinion pneumatic actuator has the advantages of simple structure, stable and reliable action, and safety explosion-proof, the execution speed of pneumatic actuator is relatively fast, the fastest switching speed of 0.05 seconds/time, so it is usually called pneumatic fast cut off ball valve. Pneumatic actuators are sometimes equipped with a certain auxiliary device. Valve positioner and handwheel mechanism are commonly used. The role of valve positioner is to use feedback principle to improve the performance of the actuator, so that the actuator can be controlled by the controller signal, to achieve accurate positioning. The role of the handwheel mechanism is that when the control system is out of power, gas, no output controller or actuator failure, it can directly control the control valve, in order to maintain the normal production. It is widely used in power plants, chemical industry, oil refining and other production processes with high safety requirements.

Pneumatic actuator and valve installation, connection size according to international standards ISO5211, DIN3337 and VDI/VDE3845 design, can be exchanged with ordinary pneumatic actuator.
The gas source hole conforms to NAMUR standard.
Pneumatic actuator bottom shaft assembly hole (in accordance with ISO5211 standard) into double square, easy to square rod valve linear or 45° corner installation.
The top and top holes of the output shaft conform to NAMUR standards.
