200X pressure relief valve is composed of main valve, pilot valve, needle valve, ball valve, micro filter and pressure gauge hydraulic control over the system. When used, it can keep stable outlet pressure automatically after adjusting outlet pressure. Widely used in high-rise buildings, living areas and other water supply systems and urban water supply projects.

Working principle:

When the valve feeds water from the inlet end, the water flows through the needle valve into the main valve control room, and the outlet pressure is applied to the pilot valve through the conduit. When the outlet pressure is higher than the set value of the pilot valve spring, the pilot valve is closed. The control room stops draining water, at this time the main valve controls the indoor pressure and closes the main valve, the outlet pressure no longer rises;

When the valve outlet pressure falls to the set pressure of the pilot valve spring, the pilot valve opens and the control room drains downstream. As the displacement of the pilot valve system is greater than the inflow of the needle valve, the pressure in the control room of the main valve decreases. Inlet pressure opens the main valve. In the stable state, the control room water, drainage is the same, the main valve opening is unchanged, the outlet pressure is stable.
